A result oriented individual possessing skills to adding value by developing strategic human resource goals leading to achieve organizational objectives.
The other major responsibility of the position will be:
-Assisting in identifying and resolving issues and effective management of internal affairs of HR division.
-Ensuring that HR management system is inline with legal and best practices.
Qualification: Master from an HEC recognized institution Preference will be given to MBAs with HR specialization.
Experience: More than 10 years in HR and 3 year of same position of reputed Bank.
