To effectively & efficiently maintain the Quality of Service of the leading Contact Centre by evaluating the calls against non competitive benchmarking
i.e. internal benchmarking & bridging the gap amongst agents regarding Quality functions & Standards

Design-in (Live) Evaluations

Delivered out (Recorded) Evaluations Preshifts

QC Sessions (Training and feedback)


Calls Calibration Absenteeism

Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree
