Required Voice and Accent Trainer (Contact Center).‏

Our company is looking for a Voice and Accent Trainer (Contact Center).

Experience: 2-6 Yrs.

Job Location : Karachi

Job responsibilities:
*Should have a good command over spoken and written English.
*Should be able to mentor and monitor calls.
*Must have a zeal and passion for training.
*Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
*Should be able to handle Grammar, Soft skills, Accent Neutralization, Customer Service Modules.
*Should be comfortable working late shifts Excellent Softskill, Communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers Ability to perform in adverse situations Ablity to develop modules for training

Education : Bachelors or Master's Degree.
