Job Description: The Trainer will be responsible for training new hires for international projects on product knowledge (Inbound & Outbound), CS skills, Sales Techniques & also refresher trainings for existing employees..
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
· Proven track record and understanding of Sales / CS campaigns and Call Center environment.
· Prior experience of training agents in a call center (minimum 1 year).
· Extensive communication and language skills.
· Strong command over verbal and spoken English.
· Good working exposure of Microsoft office and internet.
· Good analysis skills.
Required Qualification / Experience:
· At least bachelor’s degree.
· Well groomed personality.
· Call center experience (Minimum 2 years).
