ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER

REQUIRED SKILLS:
In this highly critical role our ideal candidate is a result oriented and motivated digital marketing professional who should be:
(1) MBA in Marketing.
(2) Minimum 5 -7 years’ hands on experience with various online marketing programs preferably in IT Sector.
(3) Must be able to communicate with regional and global market.
(4) Full understanding of online media, such as pay-per-click, banner advertising, sponsorships, search engine optimization, online aggregators, social media, and analytics used to measure these programs.
(5) Excellent eye on detail, consistency and accuracy.
(6) Experience in writing persuasive search friendly content to traffic.
(7) Experience in managing successful online advertising campaigns.
(8) Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies for Google.
(9) Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multimedia projects with varying deadlines.
(10) Ability to foresee marketing trends and opportunities and react quickly.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the online marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention utilizing web analytics to drive marketing optimization. She/he will lead a team of online marketing practitioners to develop and maintain online marketing programs that include affiliate programs, paid, natural and onsite search, web analytics, email marketing, customer retention programs, online evangelism and behavioral testing. Increasing conversions and ROI are a top priority.

This position directly reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:
· Establish overall strategy for marketing department and lead efforts to drive profitable new customer acquisition and retention via online channels.
· Analyze websites and create clear written recommendations.
· Making recommendations for improvement, email marketing & online display advertising.
· Keep abreast of the latest SEO & SEM industry information and trends
· To promote the services of the company including Content Writing, Web Hosting, Directory Submissions, Articles Submissions and Blogging.
