Finance Officer ( Islamabad based position)

Job Summary:

Finance Officer will be responsible for the following main tasks:
· Maintain the country office cashbox, handling of salaries and cash payments.
· Entering month wise receipts into the ProAbis programme, according to the respective budget line.
· Prepare the final monthly balance in ProAbis programme in coordination with the Country Director.
· Maintain regular communication with the respective bank.
· Entering of withholding tax statements and income tax on line.

Job Requirement:

Ø MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree from a recognized institute.
Ø Minimum 02 years experience of financial management with an INGO.
Ø Knowledge of tax deduction upon salaries, services etc as per Government tax law.
Ø Candidate should have practical experience of using accounting soft ware.
Ø He/She must be a proactive and able to complete the financial reports for HQ well in time.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
