Ideal candidate will need a thorough knowledge of Action Script 2 and 3, a solid understanding of OOP, a good eye for design and animation. Vector based drawing skills a bonus. We require a self-starter capable of seeing a project through every stage of development. Natural problem solver with a creative approach to solutions able to work independently. Any experience in game development would be ideal.


Responsibilities:

· Responsible for design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, layout of content and maintenance of all web sites.
· Bring your designs to life with standards compliant HTML-CSS.
· Ensures that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design.
· Increase natural page ranking through search engine optimization.
· Keep up to date with latest web technologies and skills.


Skills Required:

· Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Actionscript 2.0 / 3.0
· Excellent Object Oriented design skills.
· A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design.
· Ability to Hand Code with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
· Strong knowledge of Coral, Dreamweaver, Photo Shop, JavaScript, Flash, Div should be on finger tips
· In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques.
· Experience with Actionscript 3 and Flash.
· Flash Action script, Adobe Photoshop, HTML
· Successful track record of compatibility, detection, and optimization techniques with Flash & Adobe products.
· Strong and excellent skill of Flash/Action script along with knowhow of designing in HTML with CSS and DIV based design.
· Experience with server side technologies such as PHP or ASP would be a plus.
· A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Qualification & Experience
